This factory assembled system consists of the
WD 820  2 hp  230 v  Automatic Sewage Grinder Pump
24" x 72" Simplex Basin, fiberglass lid, brass disconnect
fitting and 1-1/2" Stainless steel Guide Rail System.
System is assembled with 1-1/4" cast iron sewage check
valve and 1-1/4" galvanized steel discharge pipe.
 
Alarm package is included but not pictured. The floats for turning on and off of the pump 
and for the alarm are connected through the QuikBox watertight splice connection box.
An 1-1/4" PVC Ball Valve is installed at the 1-1/4" Bulk Head discharge fitting 
to prevent sewage from draining back into the tank after disconnection.

* Due to high truck freight cost on basins and sewage systems larger than 18x30
it is necessary to charge $ 125.00 surcharge on these basins and systems.

This 24" x 60" deep fiberglass simplex basin is designed for outdoor installation for a single sewage pump or for a grinder pump. The basin has an anti-floatation ring to prevent the tank from rising due to ground water. A solid 3/8" thick fiberglass lid covers the tank, while you get 5 grommet seals, one 1-1/4", one 1-1/2" two 2", and one 4", to install incoming and outgoing pipes.

This 36" x 60" fiberglass outdoor burial basin is designed for a duplex 2 pump installation. The basin comes complete with a set of 5 Adapta-Flex seals for installing your lines in and out of the basin. The seals are one 1-1/4", one 1-1/2", two 2", and one 4".

This basin can be used with 2 sewage grinder pumps, or 2 standard Zoeller sewage pumps, for a duplex 2 pump sewage system.
